If you receive an imToken payment link, claiming the tokens is straightforward:

Open the link – Tap the link sent to you in your mobile browser.

Click “Claim” – On the landing page, tap the “Claim Now” button.

Create your account – Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a wallet instantly using a passkey. Even if you have never used a crypto wallet before, you can set up an account in seconds.

Complete the claim – Once your account is created, the tokens are automatically deposited into your wallet.

The entire process requires no seed phrase preparation, no pre‑existing wallet, and no gas fees.

As a Sender: How to Create a Payment Link

If you want to send tokens to others (rather than receive), follow these steps:

Open imToken Web at web.token.im.

Click “My Assets” in the upper right corner and select the token you wish to send (e.g., USDC).

Click “Send” and switch to the “Send via Link” mode.

Follow the prompts to sign the transaction for deploying your account (this is required only for first‑time use of this feature).

Set the amount of tokens to deposit into the link and choose an expiration period for the link.

Click “Create Link”, review the signature preview, and confirm again (some tokens may require a separate token approval step before the first use).

After the link is created, copy it and share it via any channel—WeChat, Twitter, Telegram, etc.

Important Notes

Network restriction – This feature currently only supports the Arbitrum network. Do not send funds from other networks to your imToken Web address, as this will result in irreversible loss of assets.

Link security – Anyone who has the link can claim the tokens inside. Do not post the link in public forums if you do not want strangers to take the funds.

Link management – On the link management page, you can check which links are still pending and which have already been claimed.
